Time requested: You MUST indicate the amount of time requested for this activity. In general, the committee expects a 1.15-hour session to include two to three speakers. A 2.5-hour symposium should include four, but not more than six speakers. The final 15 minutes of 1.15-hour sessions and 30 minutes of 2.5-hour symposia is reserved for discussion. All 2.5-hour symposia will pause for a 10 min break after the first 1.15 hours. In case of exhibitions or performances you MUST indicate how long the exhibits are available for public display (half day; Full day; More than one day) or how often you would like to repeat a certain activity. The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to accept proposals but alter the time allotted.
